I’ve Built Brands for Everyone Else. Now It’s My Turn.

It’s 2026, and I’m no longer shrinking behind the message—I’m leading with it.

After more than a decade of helping brands, leaders, and institutions shape how they show up, I’m finally choosing to show up for myself.

My career began in entertainment, supporting the production teams for BET’s The Game and Second Generation Wayans. I later led social media and celebrity coverage for the Steve Harvey Neighborhood Awards, launching the brand’s first-ever livestream and backstage content. I’ve worked alongside Emmy-winning producers, managed media for national reality shows, and cofounded a digital platform called Sweet Candor TV to create space for the stories that weren’t being told.

That foundation in media and storytelling evolved into a career in strategic communications that spanned industries and impact. I’ve served as a public affairs officer for the City of Dallas, supported initiatives for the City of Birmingham and City of Hoover, and led PR, culture, and crisis communications for brands like Motel 6, Chili’s, and Denny’s.

I’ve worked across hospitality, restaurant, wellness, entertainment, government, and retail—managing internal comms, executive visibility, brand storytelling, and real-time reputation. My work has spanned live television sets, franchise systems, municipal government halls, and C-suite boardrooms.

They call it “job hopping.” I call it range.

I've even been called a Jacqueline of all trades, and guess what… I wear that badge with pride. I’ve built my career across sectors not by accident, but by design—and now that design is clear. I’ve spent years helping others step into alignment. In 2026, I’m stepping into mine.

Deme & Co. is where strategy meets storytelling. It’s an agency built for people who are done diluting their message and ready to lead with clarity, purpose and power.

If you’re building something bold or navigating something complex, this is your moment to align what you’re saying with where you’re going.

And if that’s your energy in 2026, let’s connect!
